Hello from a newcomer

I have been birding for about 10 years but just got serious about it the last 3 years. There is one bird I would really like to add to my list Cedar Waxwing. I understand they are fairly common in Utah but I've never seen any. I would appreciate some info on where I might go to see these birds. I appreciate any help.
