My dad and I relocated the female Long-tailed Duck at Farmington Bay along
the west dike at the first bridge this morning. Later in the day, around
5:00 we tried to find it without success. Other birds of interest at
Farmington Bay: 5 short-eared owls, a late tree swallow, and a peregrine
falcon.
We went up to Ogden and we found a Lewis's Woodpecker at 4575 N. and 900
S. in Pleasant View where they've been reported in past winters.
