Ned,
I had one coming to my yard by the feeders last summer. I saw it two
different days and it was very skittish fleeing to the bushes when
spotting me, and not returning. I live about three blocks south and east
of campus in an area of older homes (many big trees, lots of bushes)
about five blocks from the foothills.
