Manti Cemetery

Just as I was beginning to think that Family Historians were the only =
ones to WANT to visit cemeteries, I discover birding!!!
I had to go to Ephraim this morning to pick up my daughter from college =
so she could spend her Thanksgiving break with us.  Because I got down =
there a little bit earlier than expected (she is not an early morning =
person!) I went over to Manti and stopped in the cemetery.  While there =
I spotted 2 great horned owls.  Now I realize that these are pretty =
common, but it was still quite a site to look at a bird from a range so =
close that it completely filled the view in my binocs! =20
