  Remove the species "Glossy Ibis" from the Review List.

Given that:

The committee has accepted 18 records of Glossy Ibis since the first state record in 2006, and two more are in review that seem to be likely to pass

and

These 20 records in eight years exceeds our threshold of 20 records in 10 years;

and

The frequency of records has been increasing: for example, one to two accepted records in each of 2010-2012, but seven in 2013;

and

A significant number of additional records have been well-documented, even if not submitted to the committee (see especially eBird records);

and

A pattern of regular (if rare) occurrence has been sufficiently established in the state;
