Summary:  The Committee recommended that record #2010-42  be resubmitted as two different records so each bird could be reviewed separately.  (This is the record for the bird with the "bicolored bill" and #2011-46 is the record for the bird with the "dark bill" )   The photos show an Iceland Gull.
