 Summary: Because
a first winter female Mourning Warbler is a very difficult ID and can easily be
confused with a MacGillivray's Warbler, an immature Common Yellowthroat or even
a bright Orange-crowned Warbler, this record, though very well done, was not
deemed sufficient for a first state record.
