Summary: This record, with details remembered
from over 50 years ago, did not include field marks that would eliminate all
other possible species and couldn't be accepted by the Committee. However,
the submission of this record was much appreciated and is valuable part of the
general records of the state indicating a probably sighting of a Great Gray Owl
in the 1940's.
