- All quiz birds will be on the Utah Checklist.

- All entries must be the accepted common name on
the checklist. No butter-butts, oldsquaws, baldpates, etc. No calling
the quizmaster those names either!
- Entries must be received by midnight on the
last day of the month.
- At the end of the year whoever has the most
correct answers will win a prize consisting of bragging rights (most
important) and a gift of some kind (not yet determined).
- If there is a tie for the most correct answer,
one name will be drawn to decide a winner.
- All questions regarding correct ID or other
disputes will be decided by the quizmaster.
- Just like board games at my house, the rules
may be adjusted as needed at my discretion.
- Only one entry per person for each monthly
quiz.
