   By email (with links if you like).

• Must be signed up
• Include an eBird report (Tom will talk more about eBird in a few minutes)
• Include a link to a webpage.
• Include directions for a location from the "Places to Bird" list.
• Include a picture of a similar bird from our Photo Gallery
• Include a YouTube video.
• (to send your own picture -- see below)

      (Sharing Photos or Videos You've Taken)
          Attachments don't work well on the hotlines, so...

• Send a photo to the webmaster for the Hotline Photo Page
• Create a free on-line Photo account with:
     Flicker.com
     PhotoBucket.com
     pBase.com
• How to send a photo or set of photos from Flicker.com
• You can submit a video to Youtube and then send a link.

   By Cell Phone

• Sign up to receiving messages on your cell phone. (for the Birdnet)
• Send a mesage to birdnet from your cell phone by texting a message to:  birdnet@utahbirds.org.

   If you don't have the internet

• Call a friend who is hooked up OR call the webmaster

Submit a Sight Record to the Records Committee

• All records are saved whether they are accepted or not.  (The Utah Bird Records Committee has a unique philosophy).
• Just fill out the on-line form.
  (You can download a form text file and use you word processor)
• You've probably dreamed about getting a First State Record -- you'll be ready!
