Friday April 1st, 2005 1:00 pm I saw a nice breeding plumaged HORNED
GREBE on Utah Lake, UT Co. south of Lincoln Point. When you go around
the point and head south toward LeBaron Point and Genola, there is a long
row of tall trees (columnar poplar?) next to the road flanking the apple
orchards. The grebe was about 0.6 miles south of the south end of the
trees close to the shore with several eared grebes.
