Friday and Saturday, Jan 23 - 24: Winter Bird Festival. Plenty of Activities planned! take a workshop on beginning birdwatching, landscaping for wildlife, feeders and feed, or birds and habitats of Washington County. Attend the Friday Night Dinner Social. Go on a field trip to Sand Hollow and Quail Creek Reservoirs, Mathis Park, Springs Park, the Virgin River, or look for raptors in the Washington Fields - all with expert trip leaders. There will also be family activities at the Tonaquint Nature Center, including bird feeder craft, bird origami and kite building. Get your hands on a new Washington County Bird Checklist.
