WW Scoter on Sand Hollow

This afternoon (3/21) at 6:00 pm, I saw the White-winged Scoter on Sand
Hollow Reservoir. I'm surprised at how long this bird has stayed at there.
There was also a large flock of Red-breasted Mergansers (~ 75 males), a huge
flock of Scaup (500+), and over 50 female Common Goldeneyes.
