Some of you remember meeting Audrey & Bill Evoy
at Rotary Park at the September meeting. They are a couple from Ontario
who spent a couple of months here and are avid birders. I received an
email from Audrey saying they had sited a Lawrence's Goldfinch at Hovenweep NM
on October 7. She report they were only about 9 yards away from it and saw
it in good light. In checking my bird books, it appears there have been
sitings in NM near the 4-corners area. They are interested in any
confirmation of this siting from others who may have seen L. Goldfinches in SE
Utah.
