Fw: UOS Quick Chase

The UOS Quick Chase to see the Whistling-Ducks is cancelled.  The ducks 
were not seen at all yesterday, and two reports this morning are 
negative for any sightings.

The Boreal Owl situation is tenuous.  There is a lot of snow in the 
canyon where the bird was seen yesterday, and one needs skis or 
snowshoes to even get close.  

Everyone will need to watch the BirdLines to keep abreast of the birds.
