Great Egret

Took a quick trip down to Utah county today and didn't find much of interest
until I hit Flowserve ponds (around 1:00 pm maybe).  Alongside the road that
leads back to the main stop sign, on the right, was a Great Egret.  I had to
do a double-take on that one.  I watched it fish the area, stretching out
that lonnnnng neck, for about 10 minutes and then it took off to the
east--black feet in tow.  That's the closest I've ever been to one.

I headed home because I figured nothing could top that one.
