Decker Lake

Every afternoon on my way to work I drive by Decker Lake and it is always
packed with birds in the area closest to I-215 (about 4:00 pm).  I just
wanted to bring this up in case someone visits it in the morning of the
bird count, finds it lacking in birds, and thinks it pointless to return in
the afternoon.

Today there were a lot of gulls but other days there has been quite a
variety (at least from what I can see going 65 mph).
