I'd like to publicize a marvelous photo essay by Dave Rintoul on
selected aspects of the Grasshopper Sparrow's life. The essay is hosted
on Carol Davis's website, Utah Wings, and can be found at the link
below.
We may be fond of calling sparrows 'little brown jobs', but the complex
and beautiful color patterns shown in Dave's photos belie that
description. Enjoy.
