The Ruddy Turnstone seems intent on touring the causeway. After looking
Friday night and not finding it where reported, or anywhere else, we
tried again today and were successful. It was on the north side of the
causeway at mm 2.4 at 10:30 this morning, and was still there at 11:00
am, but as Deb noted, it had moved elsewhere by this afternoon. The
Turnstone blends in pretty well. The best indication of it's presence
were the bits of dirt and detrius being flung in the air as it searched
around rocks for food.
