The numbers of birds along the causeway are still incredible, with the
most numerous birds in close being Franklin's Gulls. Other species seen
and locations:
2 Snowy Plover in Bridger Bay
7 Long-billed Curlew
100+ Willet
8 Western Sandpiper
25 Red-necked Phalarope
25 Wilson's Phalarope
5,000 Phalarope Sp.
5,000 Peep Sp.
At Farmington Bay there was a lone LESSER YELLOWLEGS on the pond between
Glover Lane and the FB WMA learning center. As well as about 3 dozen
Killdeer.
Good Birding
