As of 4:00 on Sunday afternoon, none of the three young falcons had
flown yet. One bird (dubbed Cottonball) kept dancing around on the edge
of the nesting box and acting like he (?) wanted to leave, but didn't.
We had both of the parents in sight most of the time. They were usually
in close proximity to the nest either resting, eating or taking food to
the triplets.
There was not much foot traffic downtown today, but people enjoyed
looking at the birds and learning a little bit about their history.
More help is needed to monitor the birds tomorrow in case you have time.
Pomera
