Observed Black-necked Stilts feigning wing injury as others flew around me giving alarm calls, while 3 individual birds crouched near to the ground, evident of possible nesting sites in this area. Confirmed 2 Marsh Wren nests located in the thick of cattails and rushes. Observed 6 young American Coots swimming with 2 adult Coots.
