GRAY CATBIRD in Salt Lake County

I birded Tanner Park and Parley's Gulch this morning, and came across a couple
nice birds. The first was a pair of GRAY CATBIRD where the trail first crosses
the river. These were my first catbirds in the county. Also seen and/or heard
were:
Cordilleran Flycatcher
Lesser, American Goldfinch
Black-chinned Hummingbird
Blue-gray Gnatcatcher
Bullock's Oriole
Lazuli Bunting
Yellow, Yellow-rumped, Wilson's Warbler
Black-headed Grosbeak
Broad-tailed Hummingbird
Warbling Vireo
Western Wood-Pewee
and all the other usual suspects.
Another interesting sighting were 12 Double-crested Cormorants at Sugarhouse
Park. This is the first I have seen these birds at the park. They were
sunning themselves on the 3 fountains in the pond.
