Utah lifer, though not from Cache Valley.....
My thoughts are boundaries from Avon on the South, to Wellsville, Clarkston 
and points north on the west....all the way to Idaho where the valley 
constricts to a narrow draw leading to Downey Idaho, to the mountains east 
of Logan, Smithfield...on up to Preston Idaho and slightly further north.
