Good birding spots in Utah Co.

What places would you suggest to bird in Utah Co. if you had only about 2
1/2 hours to go birding? 
I was asked this question and all I can come up with is Utah Lake State
Park. I've also read some good reports from the dikes near the park so
I'd include that, too.  Is the water pretty high there now or can you
still drive out a ways? Has anyone been to Camelot Forest (Springville
area) recently?
