I saw this bird in the foothills of St. George April 2004. The lighting,
distance and other problem elements made it difficult to distinguish
markings. It is a Life Bird for me since I have never seen any Thrasher
with the long down-curved bill. The photo is despicable and the other shot
was an impossible "butt" shot. Nevertheless, If you could take the time to
look at the photo and let me know what you think, I would appreciate it.
