Update to Bear River Refuge checklist

Hi Everyone:

Once again, the refuge is going to be updating and reprinting its bird
checklist.  For your reference, the latest edition was done just last year
- it has a dark blue cover with white printing - the date on the back cover
is May 2004.

If you noted any errors, or have comments or updates for our list, please
send them to me by March 3rd.  Thanks - we appreciate your interest!
