Today (12/23/04) I spent a little time at Mayor's Pond in Brigham CIty,
just up from the Tabernacle. I spotted some Common Goldeneyes, Barrow's
Goldeneyes, American Wideons and then I saw what I thought were some
Canvasbacks. But, after reading some of the information on Mayor's
Pond, I don't see Canvasbacks as one of the birds likely to be seen
there. Plus, there only seemed to be 3 females and no males. Being a
novice (we all have to start somewhere...) I was wondering if I'm way
off, or if these birds are possibilities. Any help? Also, if there is
another place that I should be posting this, please correct me!
Thanks....Brian
