Yellow-rumped Warbler?

I just peeked out on the deck in Taylorsville, and there was what appeared
to be a yellow-rumped warbler.  Not only is that a first for my yard (that
I can remember) but isn't it a little strange for this time of year?
Nice way to start out a Monday.
