Message: What is this bird I saw?  Please help!

Head: Duck Shaped
Beak: Phesant Shaped and Short, pecking type and Orange to Yellow
Body: Pheasant Shaped
Legs: Long for body size Bright Greenish Blue
Feet: Monster Claws, and Toes, not Webbing
Feathers: Black/Charcoal and Downy, almost no color.
Eyes: Dark Grey

Seen sitting on the water like a duck, then it walked into the bushes. Damn 
crazy bird. Went through every bird website, especially about Marsh Birds. 
Could not find.

Not a Grebe or a Coot for sure!
