Dear Bruce:
Whazzat?
Apparently your dementia is what happens to a person
who igmores prayer and worship in favor of birding on GOOD FRIDAY.
:(
As penance, I suggest you sing COME, COME YE SAINTS 100
times to the old tune TURKEY IN THE STRAW. Ann of ISSR (not Green
Gables) can instruct you how to do it properly. If you are good enough,
we may admit you to the renowned choral group THE WILD TURKEYS.
:)
Sincerely,
Jim
P.S.
Yeah, I caught 'em. As one born in Canada,
where the English language is still highly valued, I also suggest
you find a blackboard and write out CANADA GEESE 100 times.
:)
As of 4:00 this
afternoon, the Brant was still at the same location as previously reported
(well, maybe 100 yards west of where it had been seen). I,
Steve Summerfeld, and Cindy Summerfeld were able to watch it for 15-20
minutes as it worked it's way back out to the middle of the unit. It
gave us some great views showing the size relationship with the Canadian
Gooses (these grammatical errors are for Jim McIntyre only-- everyone
else please disregard!!)
