went up to Brighton this morning to try to take soe more pictures of the
Goshawks, unfortunately they have dispersed about 100 yards back into the
woods. The juveniles could be heard "calling", and I got a brief glimpse at
one adult flying by into a pine tree. As for other birds of interest, it was
pretty dead due to a large number of people at Silver Lake. However I did have
a flock of about 30 Red Crossbills flyover, and had Rufous, Black-chinned
and Broad-tailed Hummingbirds.
