Prowlers,
As first-time Owl Prowl attendee, I have learned that 1) Flammulated Owls
always respond to boom boxes; 2) Flams always respond to the audible call in
pairs; 3) Flams will always pose perfectly so as to show the orange-ish stripe
on their back; 4) Kristin always gets her bird(s); 5) there will always be
fireworks displays and beautiful evening skies while owling; 6) Flams are like
people....they'll squint and freeze under the bright lights and pressure of the
cameras.
Excellent! I recommend owling to everyone!

P.S. Nice to meet the other "sicko" owlers too. My wife really dug it.
People at her work were saying, "You met people over the internet???? And met
in a dark parking lot???? Isn't that dangerous???? What if what if what
if???
