Re: Swallows?



I don't believe there is such a thing as a friendly way to say get outa
here.  :)

If you knock the nest down every day, they will eventually give up.

At one point I had a similar problem.  I took a piece of poster paper and
painted 2 big eyes on it and tacked the poster up where the swallows were
building.   The swallows went elsewhere.

I have heard that your unwanted CDs tied to a string and hung in areas you
want to scare the birds off works.   I tried that on my currant bushes with
no success against maurading Robins.  Might be worth a try on the swallows.
Something to do with the AOL disks.  :)
