If possible, please email me (robin@utahnature.com) if you are coming so I can have adequate supplies on hand.  If you cannot email me and have the chance to come, come anyway (even if late).

The Utah BBA Project is a state-wide breeding bird monitoring project that will produce maps showing the distribution of all the birds known to breed and rear young in Utah.  This is a large project that needs support from birders in all parts of the state. It is expected that the survey phase of the project will take up to 5 years.  The distribution maps produced and data collected will be of great use for conservation planning by State, Federal and local governments as well as private land owners and outdoor organizations. This project is sponsored the Utah State Division of Wildlife Resources working with the Utah Ornithological Society.

Detail information about the project and the surveying methods can be obtained from the web page, at http://www.utahnature.com/utahnature/utahbba.php.

Thanks for your support,
