On December 26, during the big snow storm, I had a flock of approximately
40 male redwing blackbirds attack my feeders. I live about 21st South and
Foothill Drive in Salt Lake. This was a first for my yard - unusual?
Aren't they supposed to be somewhere else this time of the year? At first
I thought it was a flock of starlings. I have pictures and they were not
starlings. The red wings were very apparent, expecially when they flew.
Did this happen to anyone else?
