Pariette wetlands

I was just browsing the Utah.com website and came across an article about 
the Pariette wetlands.  I couldn't find that name in the "Places to Bird" 
section on the Utahbirds site so I was wondering if it went by another 
name.  It looks like it must be over by Roosevelt.  
Is this a good place for birding?  Does anyone have specific directions to 
the area?
