Utah Lake

Saw lots of warblers, lazuli buntings, lark sparrows, pheasants,
chickadees, and a pair of shrike at River Lane and Swede Lane. The
cornfields were alive with birds.
At Lincoln Point--two semipalmated sandpipers and baby spotted sandpipers
and killdeer.
On the way to Goshen--nore lazuli bunting and lark sparrows, sage
thrashers, terns, kingbirds, avocets, stilts, blackbirds, egrets, herons,
willets, yellowlegs, etc. Bank swallows were everywhere. There was a
common nighthawk perched sideways on a telephone wire at the Sportsman's
Access.
In west Payson--a Swainson's Hawk feeding the Swainson's child on the
ground--noisy little devil.
Provo Marina--beautiful semipalmated plovers mixed in with the killdeer.
More yellowlegs, willets, etc. A busy place.
