There are about a dozen Bonaparte Gulls at the
western-most pond at the Lee Kay Ponds. One was in
breeding plumage, the rest were still in their winter
garb.
This was at 4:00 this afternoon (4/10).
There were also Black Neck Stilts, Avocets,
Yellow-headed Blackbirds, Red Winged Blackbirds, and
many Eared Grebes in addition to the usual dabbler and
diving ducks.
