Hi All -
A Harris's Sparrow visited our backyard feeders today for about ten
minutes. He was in loose company with a very small flock of
White-crowned Sparrows. This is the second time this beautiful bird has
graced us with his presence since we moved to Holladay. The first time
was March 5th of this year. The bird stayed for all of two minutes that
time and we never saw him again. If our current visitor establishes any
kind of pattern for coming in, I will post again for those who would
like to add this bird to their list. The "listless" are also welcome.
Keep your eyes open for Harris's Sparrows. One was found north of the
Capitol Building during the CBC on Saturday.
Pomera
