General Waterbird Survey

New species this week: spotted sandpiper. New non-wetland species
include: northern-rough winged swallow, cliff swallow, lazuli bunting,
blue-gray gnatcatcher, rock wren, and eastern kingbird. The wildflowers
are still blooming good. Lots of different species popping up.
The Utah Wildlife and Rivers Festival is June 9 - 12. More information can
be found at http://www.utah-wildlife-festival.com/. There is a multitude
of events for the festival including the 100 Bird Tour in June 10 and 11
which starts at Ouray NWR. Give me a call if you want to know more about
the 100 bird tour.
