Message: At 9;45am Jun 22, I observed a male Black-and-white Warbler in 
Capitol Reef National Park along the Notom-Bulfrog Road at the turn off to 
Cedar Mesa Campground.  I was running a BBS route at the time and watched 
the bird foraging in the juniper trees adjacent to the road.
