Farmington Bay Access

I tried to take my husband to see the Eagles, Owl, Ruff and Harriers at Farmington Bay today and found the road closed.  Could someone give me an alternate route to get there?  We were coming from Draper.

We went on to AI and saw two Snow Buntings on a concrete "something" on the south side of the Causeway. We turned around to see if we could get a photo and they flew.  They were not with any Larks. Also saw the Northern Shrike just before the Spring area on the road to Garr Ranch.
