We're about 90% frozen over in all units.  Open water only in deep water
canals, Bear River and below the Refuge where outflowing Refuge waters meet
the Great Salt Lake (Willard Spur).  About 20% of birds counted below were
seen within the tour route area.  However, gulls account for most of that
%.  The Bald Eagles have moved in.  Highest count on Refuge this year at
42.  Large groups of Herons to make up at total of 219!
