Reddish Egret/Directions to Fitzgerald WMA

Don't know how I have missed these postings, but am getting on board now.
Can someone tell me how to get to the particular area, and if anyone has
seen it today, and specifically where (I have missed whether it is an
immature or not, so if you could enlighten me please)?
