Red-throated Loon photo

Here's a photo of the Red-throated Loon (seems like it's still hanging around).  It's not a good picture, but does look quite a bit like the 1st summer plumage in the Sibley's Guide.  It has been hanging out with the numberous grebes and is a bit hard to see if is has its head is down OR if it's diving of course.
