Message: Kevin Shipp, a visiting birder from Indiana, reported a Painted 
Redstart along the Weeping Rock Trail in Zion National Park at 4:00 p.m., 
April 3.

I saw my first one in Arizona in 1987.  It was my 304th life bird.  Does 
that mean I owe a $4.00 tax?
