I wish to report that the Black Scoter was still present at Mona Res.
yesterday, Match 12. I had to scope every coot on the pond, but was able
to finally get a good look at it. I was able to see it Sat. March 8th, but
the look was very quick an unsatisfactory. This time I took a while and
got good looks
