The Black Scoter was at Mona Reservoir this
morning at 11:00. It was swimming alone near the dam on the east
side. I agree with Eric H. that it appears to be a first winter
male. Also seen: Common Goldeneye, Buffleheads, Pintails and 2 Bald
Eagles.
