Stellar's Jay Photo and Article

Coincidentally, one of the "Photos of the Month" is a photo of a
juvenile Stallar's Jay submitted by Jack Binch and there was an
excellent article in the Utah County Birders newsletter called "Georg
Stallar and the Stellar's Jay" by Tom Williams.
